What time is the room available?
Your room will be ready from 15.30 on the day arrival. For security reasons Unregistered visitors are strictly forbidden unless permission to do so has been granted by the host CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME • Check-in time is from 3.30pm and not later than 09:30pm on your first day of stay. Then we will provide you with a keycard for the free acces to the building • Check-out time is by 10:00am • A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in. Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel's Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. • Late check-in/outs are available upon request with an extra • Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 01.00pm. Is The Breakfast included? A small complimentary italian breakfast is offered from 07.00 am to 09.30 am Does the hotel have a parking lot? Yes. It's opened cannot be accessed out of reception opening hours. Rate is € 2.00/day To how much is City tax? € 3,00 a day per person per night Can I use credit cards? Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard. No AMEX accepted How do I book? Is it possible to have a quick check in?
Yes, by sending your ID/passport to the following email address achillericci@isi-spa.it Can I smoke in the room? No: in the entire hotel and STRICTLY NO SMOKING, but you can use the terrace. Kitchens are for common or for personal use? Out 2 kitchens are for common use, fully equipped with induction plates, conventional and microwave ovens. Do I have to bring sheets, towels and hair dryer? No need to. Sheets will be changed every 7 days while the room is cleaned daily. Ask Our Reception for hair dryer and irons. Do you offer a laundry service to customers? There is a separate laundry room with drying rack. Tokens are available at the Reception for € 2.50 each. Do rooms have a TV? Not at the moment, but we can offer three TV lounges for your entertainment. Can I bring my pets? Sorry, but for hygiene reasons pets are not accepted. Do You Offer Internet Access? We are pleased to offer Free Wi-Fi Can I rent a bike ? Not directly, but you can take advantage of the Bike-Mi service https://www.bikemi.com/en/homepage.aspx nearest station Imbonati - Dergano M3 or Ospedale Maggiore What is your cancellation policy? There are no penalties for cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival. In case of no show or cancellations received after the above limit will be charged the first night on your credit card as a guarantee. At some events, athletes and events, the cancellation policy is 5 days prior to scheduled arrival. |
